Shipping policy

Items will be despatched the same working day if ordered before 1PM Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 1PM on a Friday will be despatched on the next working day, normally a Monday unless the Next working day is a Bank Holiday.

Items will be despatched the next working day for both Weekend and Bank Holiday purchases.

If free delivery is selected the products will be despatched by Royal Mail 1st Class.

If alternative methods such as next day delivery is required a fee will apply and this is only available Mon-Friday.

Please note during the current pandemic Royal Mail have advised that not all areas are at full working capacity and some postage is taking upto 14 days to arrive.
